Property was just like a Home from home, lovely and spacious

This is the second time of staying at this accommodation, the place is lovely . Spacious, very clean and tidy . Great location for our needs . A bonus of a parking space and sky tv is great . 5*

Very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The venue bar and shop are handy to have on site.
Could have done with more pillows. Also more parking would have been beneficial.

Great accommodation. Good value, great open plan living area, which is perfect for up to 6 people. Well equipped and everything you need for a short break. 2 bathrooms also and we found the site quiet and good location. Helen and Graham were great hosts, very helpful and amenable. Would definitely recommend for a simple, well equipped, good value break. Thanks.

Very nicely presented, clean and tidy. Large enough to cater for a family of 6 adults adequately. Ensuite bathroom was a bonus, if a little small. Pleasant location on a site with other similar properties. Everything was as described, no surprises.

Locaation is near some wonderful Cornish beaches and Padstow....one of our favourite areas in the world!

We had such a wonderful time at your lovely summer home. It was cozy, spacious, so clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the little touches you left for us at check in were the cherry on top. The location was perfect and we got to explore the entire area during our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to be back very soon!

What a lovely place to stay. Very clean, very practical and just lovely! The site is easy to find. The facilities on site are really good too - The Venue has good food and entertainment and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to get to places like Padstow, Newquay and St Austell. Yes, you have to take your own bedding and towels, but that wasn’t really a problem. Would I return? Definitely! Overall a cracking AirBnB in a beautiful part of the world.

As soon as you walk in you feel at home. Really nice place, very clean and uncluttered - just the right mix of modern and cozy. It's a beautiful area with what I think are the best beaches in Cornwall a short drive away. It did the job and I would definitely come back here.

Helen was very friendly and was great with communication. The accommodation was easy to find . The place was lovely and warm when we arrived as Helen had put the heating on . The home was spotless , very clean and tidy . Helen even left a packet of biscuits as a welcome . Would definitely recommend this accommodation

This is a lovely bungalow on a quiet park and it a great location. Helen was a fantastic host. Really accommodating and the milk and biscuits were a lovely addition too! I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

What a lovely home! My family and I really enjoyed staying here, commenting on the spaciousness for 4 adults and a baby, and the great location near superb beaches. The home is really well equipped and modern, and a relaxing space to stay in. We are really grateful to the host for her great communication and friendly approach throughout.

The house was spotless and very well equipped; we couldn't ask for better. Also Helen left us some lovely Cornish tea and coffee plus luxury chocolate biscuits and milk, which was a lovely thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect and we had a wonderful short holiday at the house. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves.

I had a lovely stay here and was blown away by the size of the accommodation. As 3 separate adults we were spoiled for space and the full size bathroom plus the en-suite was really useful. The decor is fresh and well maintained as was the garden. A great base for exploring such a lovely part of Cornwall. I totally recommend

Lovely home for a holiday let, in a quiet location providing you with respite from busy sight seeing days. Complimentary biscuits were provided which was a sweet touch! Only let down was having to bring our own bedding and towels due to covid regs. But Helen made a good suggestion to use vacuum bags to save space in the boot :) Overall a lovely home and helpful host!

It is a lovely house, with a beatutiful little bbq area in the garden. My grandma (91 -reasonably mobile) had no no trouble as all the steps were nice and shallow and had railings. The house was lovely Nd clean and recently refurbished. Add that to getting lucky with the weather we had a lovely week here.

It is a lovely house with beautiful garden. It is perfect for us and kids enjoy playing inside out. There is a lovely rock pool beach 10min drive away. It is very nice and quiet place.

We spent a week at Helen’s home in St Merry holiday park on our 2021 staycation and had a fabulous time. The accommodation was very modern, boasted modern facilities such as dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine and a huge TV with Sky TV. The decor is modern too and the home was extremely clean. The location is just 5 miles outside Padstow but doesn’t suffer from the hectic hustle and bustle of the town.
It’s very peaceful indeed. If sunsets are your thing, you’ll see plenty of spectacular evening scenes from the lounge. There is a very spacious garden to enjoy with outdoor furniture including bbq facilities.

If a staycation is what you want, this is an ideal place to chill out and enjoy Cornwall in all its glory.

Would we come back and use this place again? You bet we will!!

Amazing cottage , nice and clean with lovely garden . quiet area . only ten min away from beach . Nice to walk around .
We had a nice holiday there . my two sons went bed late frist night coz they did enjoy and play a lots there 😀
